Initially started as an experiment with spiral Indian Konnikol rhythms, this song grew into an epic stadium rock piece about humans leaving earth behind, and the celebration and sadness that comes with that. Featuring soaring vocals spanning a 3 octave range (from the lowest harmony to the high falsetto), rocking guitars, atmospheric and contemplative synths, shifting and dynamic rhythms / time signatures and samples from Apollo 11 and the launch of discovery, this song is an epic musical odyssey contained under 4 and a half minutes.
